Given what I've just read about PMDD I'm not surprised you got started on AD medication. Did you have depression before you felt (or recognized) the PMDD symptoms? I'm asking because I'm wondering what your pdoc's plan is. Mine wants me to try it for a year to see if I can 'break the cycle' of depression that comes and goes.
