You hit everything right on the head, great post and great analyses on Candida and what it thrives off of, BEER and LIQUOR, plus it can cause Hypoglycemia like you said. Yes you drink OJ and eat fruits to recover your minerals, I have a mix at home I use to do that I found off the net, but like you said not doing it in the first place is the right idea!!! Great post.
