Firstly I am so sorry to hear about your condition. I suffered similar symptoms and had little relief in terms of anhedonia . My pdoc was very keen on parnate- I wasnt. so i was tried on a drug comination of high dose effexor plus wellbutrin and lamactil.This combination took years to 'find'.
Have you been tried some comibinational therapy?
It is very frustrating I can understand- sometimes you feel you are untreatable. What about going to a doc that is an expert in psychopharmacology. These types of docs are experts at drug mixing- and they dont give up easily.My doc is like this.
The others I saw were always conservative and left me in awful states- i didnt feel alive at all.
I really hope you find relief
