I use herbal preaparations like evening primrose oil and vitamins and biotin....
and exercise regimens are not a problem... I feel more like exercising since I started the Topomax especially since I lost all the weight...I for one am not inclined to go with the idea of getting meds over the internet... I am a firm believer in taking nothing unless it is prescribed because after all we see the side effects and if we take stuff just at will heaven knows what results we have to deal with....
scary enough when the doctor knows what we are up against... but your gp might prescribe it...
