> Yeah sure. As you probably know both Amisulpride and Zyprexa both on their own raise prolactin levels. So when combine this will be more so. A high serum level concentration of prolactin can lead to potency, headaches, visual problems and more. I really don't think that there is too much chance of this however. Just monitor the two and all should be cool.

Hi,
cheers man. Not an aussie, I'm from the UK. My pdoc reckons that I've been on nardil long enough and by know the side effects that I've got are here to stay. We both agreed that I've probably got the most out of it and I shouldn't raise the dose. He evan talked about dropping to 45mg. I convinced him that I'd like to keep on 60mg for the moment with the slight posability that the side effects would drop in the next 4 weeks or so.He wanted to stick me on 2.5 zyprexa but I spoke to him about the amisulpride, and I'm adding this instead at 100mg/day. I'll see how this effects me. Hopefully one day I can increase the Nardil though.
Cheers for your responce, its good to here from another budding psychiatrist who's in a similar position to me. I hope your amisulpride kicks in soon. I thought it was known to start working really rapidly. Would you not try and increase it to 100mg?
Peace
