From MLM Watch http://www.mlmwatch.org/04C/Herbalife/herbalife00.html
MLM Watch is part of the Anti-Quackery Ring, an alliance of sites concerned with health-related frauds, myths, fads, and fallacies.
My personal experience with every single person I've known to use this product (over the past several years) is that they've spent their money and not one achieved the results they were expecting. Basically a good concept that costs too much and lacks scientific studies showing its efficacy.
YMMV

Only my own thoughts and opinions, and others are welcome to have their very own, which I expect will differ from mine, and that is just fine and dandy with me.
