Lorazepam

Quick question for folks:

My doctor has prescribed me lorazepam for those times when I can't sleep well. (I'm taking Zoloft daily).

I do not want to come to rely or become addicted to the lorzepam. I was wondering if folks had any ideas on how often one can take it without suffering the above.

Is twice a week ok??
