I was up to 600 mg Effexor + Lithium and felt nothing. When I tried Remeron 60 mg + Effexor 375 + Lithium. I got a new life!
They have different working mechanisms which complete each ones. Not only that, both of them work on noradrelanine+ serotonin systems.
