Just bring all the studies done on amisulpride from pubmed and show it to him. That's what I did and if I hadn't done it - he would never prescribe it to me.
As far as ordering it - there is an Italian pharmacy (I won't post the website because of DrBob's rules) which ships it very fast and the cost is fair.
