There have been studies done and people taking a higher dose of Wellbutrin have a higher percentage of weight loss than people taking lower doses. I called the company who manufactures it about this, a woman read me the statistics. They are probably also on wellbutrin's web site. Anyway, from my personal experience, when my WB was upped from 100 to 200 mg./day (recently), my appetite definitely decreased. Good luck!
