I have taken Effexor and Wellbutrin together. I eventually dropped the Wellbutrin...I believe it was making me very anxious...the Effexor was the best out of all of the meds I had ever taken...I share the same list as you...I had horrible side effects on all the SSRI's etc. I finally was Diagnosed with BPII and was put on Geodon. I cannot say enough about this drug...no side effects...just even, depression/anxiety free freedom. You seemed really spun in your post...maybe you should look at seeing a pdoc who specializes in BP...maybe you are...you seem to be reacting to the other meds like you may be...typically unipolar antidepressants are horrible for bipolar people...also rapid cycling BP II is often confused with plain 'ol depression with anxiety or GAD and the like. Check it out and keep me posted.

Best of luck!
