I used to take 30mg in the morning, but it sedated me way too much. I was almost falling asleep at work everyday!

My doctor then suggested I take it in the evening, about 6 or 7pm, after a meal. I found that the daytime drowsiness decreased, which was great! I don't think it makes much difference when you take it. Try it in the morning, but if you find the drug too sedating (as I did) switch to taking your dose in the evening.
