> Most of the side effects that cause serious discomfort go away after 2-3 weeks..by this I mean nausea, insomnia, high levels of agitation and restlessness, increased sweating...you being in day 12 you are probably at the height of your S/E's so hang in there a week from now you will probably feel much better..after the S/E's go away there is about a 2-3 week lull period where youre not feeling side effects anymore and the med hasnt fully kicked in yet so you may think "this isnt working"...but after about 8-9 weeks you should be able to see a noticeable improvement in the way you feel...what S/E's are you having?

I am only on day 12 still; but it has been getting quite rough the last few days and I was hoping I could get some idea of what I was in for given others' experiences.
>Appreciate the response. I have had quite a few of the side effects listed in the 'brochure'; some more irritating than others. Nausea and vomiting, vivid nightmares, lethargy/fatigue, fever followed by chills, nervousness/panic, headache in frontal lobe region, inability to concentrate or focus, diahorrea, heat or cold intollerance, constant yawning and jaw shaking, extremely thirsty coupled with consant urination.
I sound like such a whiner, but dat's da score right now. If these side effects can ease or dissapear and a beneficial response emergesometime soon, then I will be glad to stick it out. I suspect 3-4 weeks may be more realistic for me in this regard but it is reassuring to know someone else found it rather tricky for a few weeks before S/E tolerance developed.
