> Hi Scott, thanks for the reply :) Increasing the Remeron for me makes me very cranky & irritable. I've tried increasing the Efexor but it gives me bad anxiety & a general feeling of illness. Right now I am as happy as I have ever been but I have zero motivation & energy to do anything. I am the ultimate procrastinator, I can put anything off forever. I'd like to try Reboxetine, but it's hard to find anyone who has a nice thing to say about it. Nortriptyline looks like something that I could replace Remeron with & maybe add some energy.

A good combination for me was EffexorXR and WellbutrinSR. The EffexorXR gave me the motivation and the WellbutrinSR gave me energy.

There was quite a difference in the Wellbutrin vs WellbutrinSR. It was as if it were a different drug altogether.

When it started to wane and I couldn't stand the side effects of EffexorXR such as sweating and having a hard time starting to urinate, I switched. Now it's Lexapro. Best I've felt, ever.
(300 mg WellbutrinSR + 20 mg Lexapro = a very blessed young lady)

Best wishes,
starduster
