Paxil and SexDys, does it get better?

I'm on week 4 of Paxil (for social phobia and GAD) and feeling good but no sex drive! So bad it's tough for me to get excited enough to even get an erection. It started off with just delayed ejaculation which wasn't that bad but sex doesn't even sound appealing any more. Does this improve or get worse with time taking Paxil??? I hate to ditch Paxil after a month on it but if this doesn't get better after taking it longer, I don't want to waste any more time. HELP!!! I can't take benzos for anxiety because I'm in recovery and I tried Neurontin and it was worthless for me.
