question for ex-lithium users

Hi,

My TSH level was steady at a range of 1.2-1.5 during 7 years of lithium. I went off in October and went to the endocrinologist in Nov and my TSH was .52. Should I be concerned? He said this is normal but seems low to me. The psychiatrist said it's a good idea to get a thyroid profile once a year from now on just to be sure. What a pain.
