I'm also not familiar with the heart meds you're on. I would suggest asking your pharmacist or doctor, either should be able to tell you how the medications will react together.
Also, don't be discouraged by reading the above posts. There are a lot of people who have success on Lexapro. I'm on day 25 of 10 mg of Lex and have found that I'm beginning to feel better. Also, Lex is supposed to have very few side effects. Some people take it with no trouble at all. For me, it took about 3 weeks to adjust.
