However, It was nice to hear him say he learned something from me :) . It felt soo liberating to stand up for myself. Really give him a piece of my mind, with an educational response. For me it is very disheartening to have more knowledge of medical facts than my doctor.
My pdoc only responded by asking about my compulsiveness w/ the internet. No problems w/ compulsivness sience totally off of effexor XR.

It is sooo hard for me to take fish oil and eat meat (Gag with every bite, and every burp~YUCK) . My Pdoc says I need more protien. However I have no appetite. So, The easiest way for me to get protien is with animal products. I dont need to consume as much. I was wastin away. Im finally up to 113#s.
SOO Im not sure about the fish oil thing, But I deffinately think its worth a try. Studies have been done, apparentlly effective for mood stabilization.
