Hi,
I am in a similar situation. I am on day 23 and just went from 5 mg to 7.5 mg. Every time I bump up I get the side effects anew. Definately get the awful Lex flu and now my stomach is upset and appetite a little suppressed to. I think the Lex is working because I feel the worst after a night of poor sleep. I am going to stay at 7.5 mg for a while. Far as sleeping is concerned my wife and I have both had tremendous success on Restoril and I read about a lot of people who seem to respond to this.
