That being said, my PERSONAL experience Drinking and Lex did not cause me problems other than water retention and an increase in depression. I do not drink as much as I used to before Lex, I don't feel the *NEED* to drink as my depression is under *control* somewhat.
If you decide to drink I suggest moderation, and go slowly, pay attention to your body and what it tells you, and drink WATER!
