Camille, sometimes medicines do not work properly if the diagnosis is not correct. If you are quite confident in your diagnosis, something will help you! Keep trying and try different doses. Also, if you are not in any urgency start out slow and titrate up very gradually. This helps to allow a slower rise in your blood levels [of a med] which seems to lesson the blow of the side effects or at least make them much more tolerable. Some people are required to use a pill cutter and actually do fine on doses lower than manufacturer rcommended, but then again, everyone's metabolism is different or one drug and one dose would work for eveyone. sincerly Micro.
