I stopped taking the biotin because I ran out of it and kept forgetting to renew it... and me such a vain critter where me hair is concerned...
me hair began to return to the earlier straw-like consisitency of the tegretin attack ...
we are back on biotin with a vengeance and seeing an improvement...
it will take a while but there is an improvement...
