That is interesting. I always have a problem with light when I am depressed. I am similar to Kath in that I don't like artificial flurescent light very much or the light in malls and such. However I find that I feel better with a soft yellow light that you get from a regular bulb and a warm colored shade. I guess it just seems more cozy and secure to me. The first thing I do when I come down in the morning is turn on the lamps especially if it is cloudy or gloomy out. Best-Steve
