I haven't tried those specific ADD drugs, but Effexor and Wellbutrin together seem to help me think straight and not feel so overwhelmed. I take 75 of Effexor and 200 WB in the AM right now. Just posted about WB Sr vs WB - I think the WB regular wears off because I am getitng that "ugh - leave it till later" feeling in the evenings that I didn't get w/ WB SR.
> I started on straterra for inattentive ADD. Didn't work. Switched to Adderall, still nothing. Last time, the pdoc added wellbutrin. I'm a little more perky/happy, but still so unfocused at work.

However, I'm overwhelmed much of the time, because I can't set priorities and I start one thing, and switch to something else before finishing the first thing. I can do that with 5 or 6 tasks and never get anything off my desk.
