Hi Marrieta,
I actually take mine at 6.00 pm. It seems that I experience most of my s/e's the following day and not in the evening after I take it. I take 15mg of Restoril in the evening at bedtime around 11pm and now seem to be sleeping a lot better. I think the first 4-5 hrs of slow wave sleep are the most important however and they seem to be good. I am going to try to taper off the Restoril soon. Let me know how it is going. Best-Steve
