effexor withdrawal-how long till I feel human agai

its just been aaaaaaawwwwweful.
the withdrawal symptoms alone are enough to make me wanna jump off a ledge !
i have never felt this sick ever....
Its been a week off effexor.

can anyone tell me how long the "hell" is supposed to last, and if I will ever be ME again ?
