Only other se I had was slight dizziness after taking dose, only took a week or so to get used to higher dose. Started at 5mg went to 10mg 5th week, went to 20mg in Sept. I lost 10 ponds, 20mg seems to still be working good enough, have thought about going up again but really haven't felt a *NEED* to at this point.
