I was hoping the Paxil would last longer than the year it did. I plateaud on Paxil after a year and my anxiety slowly started creeping in again. That's when my doc told me he would up the dose... which was a big NOOOO as far as I was concerned because of the weight problems, electric shocks and other side effects that would increase with the dosage.
I just wondered if the Effexor would be the same story... maybe without the weight probs at least.
