Several besides the weight loss and decreased appetite I mentioned. There's dry mouth, nausea, mildly burning eyes, intermittent increased perspiration, & "difficult" BM's. There are several others I can think of, but I believe they may only affect men.
Some of these sysmptoms semmed intolerable at first, but they wore off relatively quick - after only a week or so. However, I experienced the side-effects in succession and not all at once, which made the process that much more drawn out. That is, I had some side-effects at first which, when they subsided, were replaced by other side effects and then those were replaced by yet more. Don't remember for sure, but the cumulative duration of the side-effects was at least 5-6 weeks. No individual symptom lasted nearly that long. I DID accidentally go off the Strat for 4 days and, unfortunately, experienced a recurrence of several side-effects when I went back on. They were, however, much less intense and very brief. I think I was fine after 3-4 days.
