Welcome to the club ... after getting scary side effects from AP's, I coaxed the clinic into giving me a copy of my psychiatric evaluation and in it, she suggested taking the Seroquel and, if possible, to boost it up to 100mg per day ... for psychotic symptoms and insomnia. But in the end, its your body and your feelings and if it makes you feel sick, just don't take it.

As long as your not psychotic and / or a danger to yourself or others, they can't really force you to take it.
