Lithium affects serotonin turnover. Why is Effexor onboard? Wellbutrin alters NE uptake. Why is Effexor unboard?. Too much NE! You must be wired? No wonder you need klonopin... Keep the lithium, with the wellbutrin, my guess is that all that extra NE has your shaky bearing in minds that Li can cause tremors. Taper klonopin over time. If the need for Inderal persists, keep it low.
