Do you have a doctor? Do you see a shrink or primary doc? Some doctors are very meticulous about weening a patient off drugs as well as titrating upward. You need the guidance of a doc, and don't be afraid to speak your mind or ask questions. If you want to move up slower {take a few more days of starting out a product before moving to the original target dose} or move down slower, I don't think a doctor would object.That is classic SSRI discontinuation syndrome, and it happen to me once while abroad while on 150mg of Zoloft. I could not get a refill right before I left, and I suffered for a whole week. I
Some people do not have the luxury of drug maintenance with a doctor on a weekly basis, but you should deal with drugs that way. You should check in with the doctor and ask what you should do each week until you stabilize.
