> I did a really dumb thing. I tried to stop taking the Lexapro cold turkey. I have been off of it for 3 days. Today I have been very dizzy and can't stop throwing up. I think I am gonna start taking it again. I don't like the withdrawal symptoms and maybe I should just give it a try since I have only been on it like 22 days. Will being off of it for 3 days slow down my progress?

Do you have a doctor? Do you see a shrink or primary doc? Some doctors are very meticulous about weening a patient off drugs as well as titrating upward. Some people do not have the luxury of drug maintenance with a doctor on a weekly basis, but you should deal with drugs that way. You should check in with the doctor and ask what you should do each week until you stabilize.
