Celexa + Effexor = suicidal ideation???

I don't understand whats happening ...
Been on Effexor 300 for many months ... with mitigated results.
Pdoc added Celexa 10 (which from what I understand is a super small dose) since I seem to be sensitive to drugs.
This my second day taking it and all I can think of is slashing my wrists, jumping in front of a subway or stabbing myself.
I jsut don't know what to do / think ...
