For a pdoc visit there are several ways. If you've already seen a psychiatrist at a psychiatric hospital ... then even a refferal from your psychologist could work.
Otherwise you either a) need a referral from your family doctor or b) go to the ER and say you're suicidal ... you should be able to see one very quickly ... although the referral is infinitely preferrable. It all depends on how much in a hurry you are.
