Ironically, my only complaint about Zoloft, aside from it not working, is that it has completely obliterated my libido. Even Paxil left me something to work with. Zoloft did not enhance my Valentine's Day festivities.

Is Topamax best taken once at night? I'm going to go up to 50mg tonight.
