Hi, My name is Amy, I have major depression, panic disorder, agoraphobia, self injury and anxiety. My problem is this.. I am on paxil 40MG, and Klonopin 2MG, 2x's a day and as needed. Recently my anxiety has gotten a lot worse. So I bumped my klon. up to 4MG, that did't help, then I went to 8mg, I know, bad choice, I just didn't know what to do. Now when I don't take the 8MG at least 3 times a day, I get the shakes, moodiness, sweaty, upset stomache, I feel like I am going to lose my mind! : ( I dont know if this has anything to do with it but I also have a history of narcotic abuse, I don't know, maybe it messed up my tolerence? I can't sleep, even if I take the klon. at night, I have an appt. with my DR on Weds, I hope he can help me clear this up. Does anyone have any advice for me? Any thing would help..... I'm really stuck here. I can't go to an outpatient facility, I have 5 children and a great husband, but with him working and the kids in school..... you get the idea..... Thanks- Amy
