Hi Karalyn,

I would just like to add something to Bill's great advice, if you try all of his options and still aren't having results you might consider taking a different med.

I had wonderful results with Prozac. I went off of it for a while and when I took it again it didn't work nearly as well. You might look in to Prozac as an alternative to Lexapro since they are very similar meds.
