I've been on Effexor and Prozac in the past and I don't remember bladder troubles but they didn't help the depression. Currently I'm on Wellbutrin and Zoloft and I'm not having trouble but they don't work as well on my mental state as lexapro. If you can handle the SEs of lexapro, you may want to stick with it.
