lexapro/feeling extremely tired during the day

I have been extremely tired during the day.I take 10mg of lexapro in the morning.I have been taking it since august.i drank alot the past weekend.it is now wednesday, could it be the lexapro is building back up into my blood?Thats why i feel so tired?
