ive been on paxil now for 5 weeks starting today which is feb 20 i was started out on 20 mgs for 2 week then up to 30 for the next 3 weeks im still feeling depressed and not having panic attacks at this time but still having some anxiety,and still do not like going out to places i used to enjoy can anyone tell me if i should start to improve more very soon then i have done, my first part of the day are the hardest then later in the day i improve a little bit,i just want to feel good once agin. also want to get rid of the side effects will this happen soon as well. thank you suebird
