I would like to first just try lowering my dosage of Wellbutrin in hopes of eliminating this spacey, dizzy feeling that've had since my first panic attack in 2002.
The Wellbutrin has been a God send because it has helped my anxiety and depression. It has even helped with the dizziness especially since I lowered the dosage from 300 to 150. I'm hoping that all of this spacey feeling will be gone at an even lower dose. If not then I need a plan "B" before seeing my doctor.
Since SSRIs are out of the question I'm researching my other options. In doing a search on this site I found a post that spoke well of desipramine in eliminating derealization.
Any suggestions?
