topamax 200 mg and appetite

hi,
i have been on topamax for about 5 weeks, and just 2 days ago went up to 200 mg. I understand this is usually the dosage that results in weight loss or suppression of appetite. I have not yet noticed either of those things, and I would realy like to lose the weight I have gained from Paxil and Lexapro. Is it possible that the it will still "kick in" or am I just one of the not so lucky ones? I know everyone is different. I have not noticed the other cognitive side effects either. Any advice or personal experiences would be appreciated.
