Wellbutrin makes me sleepy too, and occasionally causes tinnitus. After being on and off it for years, I don't think it had any drastic effect on my weight.
Three times I've been on it, and three times I've gone back off after about a year. It seems to help me with the ADD symptoms at first, but that benefit seems to have a delayed negative boomerang effect that doesn’t make much sense. Each time after taking it continuously for a year, it stops working, and starts causing concentration problems and memory loss. I'd swear that I've seen this effect all three times, and that's why I got off of it again a month ago. Three strikes.
