bugs in night

Last night as I slept I was convinced that there were bugs crawling all over me. This is not the first time this has happened. I can remember 1/2 conciously scratching my scalp all night long. When I wake up I realize that there are no bugs. I have had some anxiety-provoking issues the past few days, so I think it was a kind- of anxiety attack in my sleep. I didn't take any Klonopin before bed like I usually do, either. Weird.
