The SSRI's all produce different effects- I had a Dr. who said they would all give the same reaction or effect, and he is no longer my Dr.
Also, the effects are all unpredictable and depend on the individual person. Paxil is supposed to be the best for anxiety- it made me go through the roof. Prozac calmed me down more, and that is supposed to be more stimulating. Celexa/lexapro jitters . .zoloft calm. But this is only my reaction to the different SSRI's-everyone will vary.
