I am new to this board. It is great to know that there are other people out there that understand how others are feeling. I realize it is still early yet to feel any different. From what I have read from yours posts is that it takes a good nine weeks to really notice a difference. I have a lot of anxiety and I have this constant dread hanging over me. Hope this works for me as well as it has for others. Good luck to all. Mary
