How much are you taking? I am on Lexapro 20mg/day and take 25-50mg of Seroquel each night to help with my sleep. I find that the "effects" at that dosage are limited to sleepiness initially, and then when I wake up 8 hours later, I am slightly sedated, which wears off after a couple of hours and some coffee.

As for "side" effects, I haven't noticed any, really. I may feel a bit flat the next morning, but that's about it.

I know that Seroquel is precribed in much higher amounts for other applications (400mg) which is 8-16x what I take. At that level, I would suspect that the side effects are more noticeable.

It may be that I am attributing all the Seroquel side effects to my Lexapro, but it's hard to tell as started them at the same time.
