Hello,
I'm on 15 mgs of Lexapro and have noticed slight hand tremmors. They don't occur very often though. You should feel better in about a week or so...that's when you're body will have adjusted to the Lexapro. I'm also guessing that in another week any withdrawl you've had from Paxil will have subsided at that point. Good luck!
