Hmm . . I wouldn't say it's Lexapro. Even on an antidepressant I've had PMS or worse anxiety or depression symptoms. There's been so many months where I ended up crying in bed over nothing. I took Lexapro for a while, and it was no different.

But . . several anxiety attacks in one day! Is it extra worry/anger/agitatedness brought on by the PMS that's causing anxiety attacks? Or are they just physical attacks that strike more out of the blue than from worry?

If you can figure out what is causing these, you can work on them from the angle of either taking something extra during your premenstrual week to prevent or alleviate attacks, or working on the issues that are causing anxiety, or both.
