Hi Bob,
I hope the rest of your weekend went well. My pdoc tells me that panic attacks often occur at night, which might explain why ours happened just a few minutes after going to bed. It is quite discouraging to have been panic free for so long only to have an attack. Maybe the good in this situation is the fact that we ARE getting better, the slight panic attack reminds us of how far we have come since starting Lexapro. I'm still very grateful for this medication. Thank you for your kind post, I wish you the very best.
